Why we exist
We all went through it. The video that made you want to start. The first step that didn't bring a client yet. The first clients, and the wish to grow. At every stage, the hard part was rarely the content. It was everything around it.
What we do
Not a subscription, not an endless tool. Just our know-how, applied to your situation. You tell us who you are and what you want, and we hand you an offer that feels like you, a portfolio ready to send and invoices that get you paid.
How we work
Honest prices, clear steps, no jargon. Every rule, recommendation and template comes from what worked for the creators before you, so you can take action with confidence, knowing you're on the right path.

Who we are
tulleia is operated by Avenseer Capital LLC ("we", "us"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By buying or using tulleia, you agree to these terms.
What you buy
A one-time payment gives you lifetime access to the tulleia app for as long as we operate it: offer builder, portfolio builder and invoice builder, with unlimited use for your own creator business. Access is personal and can't be shared or resold.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are shown at checkout. Because access is delivered right after payment, purchases are final, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. If something isn't working, write to help@tulleia.com and we'll make it right.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, text and information you add. You allow us to process them only to generate your documents, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
Our recommendations
Price recommendations, templates and copy are guidance based on common market practice, not legal, tax or financial advice. You stay responsible for your prices, contracts, invoices and taxes.
Fair use
No illegal content, and no attempts to break, copy or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work hard to keep tulleia available and accurate, but it's provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We collect only what we need to build your documents and run your account. We never sell your data.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Account: your email, name and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never readable by us).
- Your answers: the offer, portfolio and invoice details you enter, including contact details and photos you upload.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, never your card details.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
To create your account, generate your offer, portfolio and invoices, send your login and service emails, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service: Google (Firebase sign-in and database, Google Workspace for email and document generation), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting) and TikTok (ad measurement on this website). Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to help@tulleia.com. In the EU or UK, you can also contact your data protection authority. California residents have their CCPA rights; we don't sell personal information. We use ad measurement as described below, and you can ask us to stop it.
Cookies and ad measurement
The app uses only what's needed to keep you signed in. This website uses the TikTok Pixel to measure our ads: which visits come from an ad, and whether they lead to a purchase. When you buy, we share your email with TikTok in a scrambled (hashed) form for the same purpose. We never sell your data. To opt out, write to help@tulleia.com or use your browser's tracking protection.

Your business deserves calm. Here's how we keep your account and documents safe.
Sign-in
Accounts run on Google Firebase Authentication. Passwords are hashed by Google and never visible to us. You can change yours anytime from your profile.
Your data
Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules let each account read and write only its own data. Your documents are kept privately and delivered as PDF downloads, never as public links.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1. Card details never touch our servers. We confirm each payment directly with Stripe before opening an account.
